Shipment processing time
All artwork and print orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For apparel items please allow up to 2 weeks production time before your order is shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
Items on pre order will take longer. Estimated shipping dates for items on pre order will be available on the item page.
If you need your (non pre order) item sooner or require faster shipping than USPS Priority mail, please contact me to discuss this prior to making your purchase.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
I ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. I do not ship to international PO boxes.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
I have yet to have any issue with USPS but I always include insurance for the full value on all artwork orders over $40 (i.e 3 or more open edition prints, all limited edition prints and all original artwork) US regardless.
If you receive your order damaged, please take photos and save all packaging materials/damaged goods and contact me ASAP. I am happy to provide replacement prints as soon as an insurance claim is filed.
For single orders of open edition prints I usually mail by USPS First Class. This is a much more economical option but does not include insurance. If you would like to have your single print order insured or use a faster shipping option, please contact me prior to placing your order. I am not responsible for uninsured items.
Yes, I ship worldwide! Costs will be calculated for you automatically at checkout. I usually ship all open edition small prints via USPS First Class International mail. This is by far the most economical option and includes a tracking number but does not include insurance. If you would like to have your package insured or use a faster shipping option, please contact me prior to placing your order. I am not responsible for uninsured items.
All original artwork and larger, limited edition fine art prints are shipped with insurance for the full value (sale items included) via USPS Priority Mail International. The full value will be declared on the customs form, no exceptions. This is for my own protection and yours.
The shipping costs for international orders reflect these policies.
I am a very small one-person business and nearly everything in the store is made to order, therefore I can not accept returns and do not offer refunds. Please double check you are ordering the correct size on apparel items! This does not apply if I send you the wrong item or size; in this case I will exchange for the correct item/size at no extra cost to you.
Special note regarding poster sales:
I have partnered with a warehouse to handle my poster sales, this means a better price on shipping for you and a faster fulfillment (especially non-US orders). The warehouse is responsible for fulfilling all poster orders and any returns or problems must be directed through them. You will receive a packing slip with your poster with the necessary information! If you order items in addition to a poster they will be sent as a separate shipment at no extra cost to you.
