Interview with Cash Machine LA

I recently did a little interview with Jeanne Heo for Cash Machine LA, which is up on their site now.

They are also the publishers of The Sexy Times newsprint zine that I was featured in a few weeks ago (you can see my previous blog post with more info about that HERE :) )

For my artist portrait I used this self-shot memento mori image from one of my first forays into photography, which was almost a year ago now! I was so happy with how these images turned out, I need to try more at some point. I did add a small gallery of my photographic experiments to this site if anyone is interested!

The Sexy Times issue 5

I’m one of the featured artists in the new issue of The Sexy Times, a newsprint publication of queer erotic art published by Cash Machine LA.

In the words of curator Jeanne Heo, The Sexy Times is a zine-project that aims to share creative expressions of eroticism from marginalized communities, while also critiquing the racist bias of Instagram's algorithm and shadowbanning of sex workers and non-heteronormativity.
